Filtering open/closed/new tasks on Milestones/#7960

We need to be able to view and filter by tasks with a status other than new, open, or done? directly from a milestone's page.

The solution should already be available by clicking on the number of closed tasks displayed for a particular milestone entry under the Milestones tab. That generates the following URL format:
http://streber-pm.org/index.php?go=projViewTasks&prj=5&for_milestone=2388&preset=closed_tasks
But that doesn't appear to be working as intended.
