Steps to reproduce

For Wrong date shown in project view you (pixtur) wrote a comment. In streber/overview->recent changes the item is displayed with "attached file to by pixtur". If I go to the "changes" tab the same item is displayed with "commented by pixtur" (which is correct)

Expected result

"commented by pixtur" should be displayed in streber/overview->recent changes

I somehow implemented a too complex logic in the recent change list, to make sure, that uploaded files will not be missed. Since they are now listed separately, this leads to confusion. I will fix that.
