Create an task as folder. Then go to topics and create an topic. Now move the topic to the folder (task) that you created before. When you go to the tasks tab, you will see, that the folder (task) has one item, but nothing will be listed.
Topics should not count unter task-folder. Only when they will be converted to task (for my understanding).
