I do not think that export to word is necessary. Word is retrostyle and should not be supported. Nevertheless we should add a export summary as html-function, which renders the content as plain html, without styling and navigation. This plain-html could then be loaded into Word. Pasting formatted wiki-blocks into words works quiet well.
