Upload problem/#7077

When I try to upload a new file and click on Submit screen will be blank and following error msg appear.

Fatal error: Class 'ItemPerson' not found in /www/htdocs/w005ed8b/pages/task_view.inc.php on line 173

My file has been uploaded when I take a look at uploaded files.
