We could move the "listChanges" to the "Project" History tab

Currently we have a project overview but this is crowded with all sorts of things. I like Trac´s way of collecting project's changes under Timeline. Currently strebers history is more of a change-log but of good use.
But it could be finetuned with some filters and additional options.

Follow offs:

• projViewChanges -> add time filter (e.g. last logout, 1 week, 2 weeks,all)
• projViewChanges -> add related filter (e.g. related to me, etc.)
