A new feature would be interesting to implement
- Report
- project manager needs a report in order to evaluate the performance of the personnel
- this means periodical notification to staff member that should write comment od progress in milestones / tast he/she is assigned to (the system will generate overview of tasks open that shall be commented by the staff)
- file upload shall be also present in order to upload all files relevant as a evidence of work done in the reporting persion
- the reporting period shall be given by project manager
- question is, if the person is assigned to more project whether there will be more report request for each project or one request ie. weekly for reporting (in this case all project reporting periods shall be the same
- Statistics of persons activity
- project manager will get specialized history of tasks assigned to staff member, each task done in deadline or after deadline, mandays effort done in all projects or graph division, how long the member worked on which project (percentually, absolute number ie. number of working hours)
- shis is a good tool to see whether someone is overbooked or underbooked, how is the real performance of team member, in case of beeing to late whether it is problem of project manager by overassigning one of team member or is this normal in the organization (have all the time more business that capacity and that is why beeing overdue...)
