"%% strip slashes" error occured in browser but no errors in logfiles after updating 080 to 0801

We have tested several server settings without effect

Where we could find the bug to solve it before the next release comes out?

Hint works
Did a clean install and commented out /std/common.inc.php ln 97. All fine so far in 0801.
