Can't add a task to a project / #5633

I can't add a task to a specific project, I can add to any other project. I get the Warning: Insuffient rights (only team members can create items). I am an admin and a team member. The developers can add tasks with no problems. Weird thing is I can add a folder, then change it to a task and it works fine. The info in the projectperson table looks good (same as the ones that work). Any ideas?
