Filter for lists/#5410

We are using Streber for internal management of a IT department. We have 3 main projects tighly interconnected:
  • ERP items
  • Users
  • IT infraestructure
We have so many items that the effort lists are now unmanageable.
I propose that the efforts lists have date filters for minimize the output and to have a possibility to make total sums.

The item refactor Filters is ok, but for the Time filter for efforts there must be also a from .. to filter.
