link "wiki-syntax" and other help pages locally / #5106

I think it would be better to include the "wikisyntax" help page in the local streber installation rather than linking to the internet, for several reasons:
  • i will have at least one intranet installation without internet access
  • a legacy installation should not point to the help page of a newer version
  • localisation and custom editing would be easier.
of course this applies to all help pages.

Yes, it does. This is the same but don't cover help pages. I think could be easily extended, changing STREBER_WIKISYNTAX to an array of all keywords like: commentEdit, taskView etc.

Excellent idea
I really love the idea of having a assoc. array which is mapping pageNames (taskEdit) to urls. In the far future this would put us closer to translated help pages.
