It is hard to make links in wiki also by person name?

I'd like to do not show logins in my instance at all, because they are not human friendly.

If we change this, we have to remove all listings for login names, which would make it hard to them for linking :) I think using the login name is ok. It's called nickname. Btw: every user can change has nickname...
