sound like a reasonable feature / #4656

I would suggest placing a like to the "Overview" block called: "Visibility: public" ("Public being replaced by the item's public level).

The like would open a page itemViewVisibilty which would list all people who can access this item like:

Item XYZ can be accessed by:

Read

• person4 (client)

---

I guess that implementation wouldn't be that hard.
