inline edit cannot find wiki chapter if invalid table syntax / #4556

Hotkey for moving though time (should be global)

- [[hotkey K = stop / scrub through time everywhere]]
- [[hotkey J = Stop if normal play forward] / play backward with increased speed]]

Example:
1. time is not playing
2. Press "K" does nothing
3. Low Prio: Holding "K" and dragging left right scrubs through time depending on TimeLineRulerScale
4. Press "L" - normal play forward from current time
5. Press "L" - play with double speed
5. Press "L" - play with 4x speed
6. Press "K" - stop
7. Press "L" - play normal
8. Press "J" - stop
9. Press "J" - playbackward
10. press "J" - play backward 2x
