I would like to suggest you to implement the history functions. This means that whenever we make changes on any kind of info, there should be a log of the old data. So, when review it, we have the info that what it was before. :) -> I mean in all kind of information like: description, task, and so on.
I think this kind of function will help the users, the managers, to have the view of the growth of the development.
