Ajax editing a chapter sends complete wiki text / #4198

Rarely Some wiki cannot be ajax edited correctly: After saving the changes to a chapter, the capter will be replaced with the completely html rendered wiki texts, which causes double texts.

The saved chapter is been stored correctly.

The reason for this problem seem to be code blocks, but this has not been proved. The behavior can be reproduced with the same wiki texts (see attachment)
