I split proj.inc.php... / #3716

Because this file grew too large and to allow overwriting the look of the project page (Overwriting pages with customized versions) I split the file into:

• pages/project_view.inc.php (which should only contain projView)
• pages/project_more.inc.php (all other project related pages)

Obviously I missed those two imports. When looking that the code, I noticed that they were not required anyway :)

This should be fixed in rev250.
