How can a stable version be of a higher number than a development version???

That's a good question...
I had the same thought. I did download 0.08 anyway, but the system doesn't work after I delete the install directory as instructed by the installation steps before "First Steps" setup. It just says that the install directory is write protected and the index.php page continues to forward to the install script.

嘎嘎，不支持中文。。
他们没提供中文包，需要的话改程序好了。
恶改。
他的语言包放在lang目录下，新增一个
es.inc.php和es.inc.php.changes
然后再到con/conf.inc.php下配置一下应该就OK了。
