On detail of project page you will see overal progress of whole project
total task num * max progress / tasks progress sum

It is important for my client to see so i added tihis feature... i can by useful for some others.

If not, ignore it :o(

And also small bug repair in person.inc.php

Bug: if you add person with different password from second pass
to say any thing, but it fails with
Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in D:\htdocs\www\streber\pages\person.inc.php on line 1325
in file uploaded "Overal progress of project .. "
