re-arrange position for private and office information / #3193

I think streber aims at professional use! ;)

so, let's arrange personEdit and put all private information down on "details" and put all office information up!? (includign category of person)

I always get confused if adding new or editing existent persons! ;)

hmm..
I saw that you already changed the layout of personEdit. But I am not really happy with the layout:
  1. I believe the too much information about the TabGroup clutters the layout.
  2. You moved the private information up, not the office ones.
  3. The latest revision contained double input fields.
I changed this back but moved the office stuff on top of the Details-tab. Another solution would be to split Details into "Office" and "Private".

We should also think about adding field sets for complex forms
