I would label:
  • milestone => hito
  • task => labor
  • company => empresa
  • effort => aportes
  • teammember => miembro del equipo

qué suena mejor para:
  • Release ?
  • Deferred ?

I think "tarea" is a much more appropriate translation for "task". At least here in Spain.
