  1. task in a project are grouped into folders
  2. user with admin rights opens project he isn't assigned to
  3. user opens projViewTasks
  4. user clicks "tree-view"

user only sees task not within a folder

just added more information for this bug.

partly fixed...
Although the sorting might not be optimal.
