I unzipped the new streberPM ver 0.7 and I get a "Database exception", all else failed and couldnt help me...

what next....

But some additional information like phpInfo(), php.ini and systemInfo() might help.

please provide MySQL-Version.

For us: we need to redesign all table-collations to some UTF8-encoding. But I'm not sure, if existing contents are UTF8-encoded? then we can use whatever language we need. Perhaps this is the clue to Searching for "Поддръжка" does not work, as cyrillic can't be searched on a latin-collation...
