It would be useful if one person would lead the discussion on the next to be implemented features and probably ask / remind people on this tasks. This person would also be responsible for organizing the regular skype meetings.

Although this job seems not very nice, pixtur thinks this is an extremely important position.

Well. Welcome to the team!

How much time would you spent in testing? I am thinking about adding requirement mananagement to streber and define tests. But doing such a test might take you as much as an hour!

But you can always drop new comments as new Tasks/Bugs. But, please avoid comments on features. Better add new "Bugs" with a wiki link to this feature. This helps structuring the milestones and to channel discussions.
