Task diff should be derived from Item / #1935

Currently taskViewDiff is for Tasks only. Additionally the wiki-Diff function is defined in pages/tasks_more.inc.php which is awkward.

This function should be refactored to be available for all project items (also for comments, efforts, etc.)
