pixtur Sep 8, 2006	Because of confirmation mail... If the user cannot edit his profil, he will not be able to change his password. So the validation process from notifaction mails can no longer be used. Currently you cannot sent those users a notification mail, because just "just make no sense" - it would not let the invited users work.

pixtur Oct 21, 2006	fixed... Actually the profiles already included the right, but it was not set for new persons which due to a bug in person.inc.php
